Belfast – UK, January 25, 2006 – Mobile Cohesion, the company that has pioneered the concept of partner, profit and performance focused relationship management solutions for the telecoms industry, has announced that the Austrian operator, ONE GmbH, has selected its Hydra Partner Relationship Management system.
ONE identified a need for a partner relationship management system because of the steady growth of SMS, MMS and payment partners and services on its mobile network. The company expects to have hundreds of partners offering a rapidly increasing number of services over the network within the next two years. Therefore, the operator defined a technical requirement for an automated and intelligent partner relationship management solution to implement its partner focused business model. After a rigorous selection process, the Mobile Cohesion Hydra solution was chosen as a key enhancement of the company’s service delivery platform.
In common with other operators, ONE considers rapid implementation and provisioning of new partners and services, and reduced operating expenses related to partner management, as being critical.
