Critical Path, Inc. (OTC:CPTH), a leading provider of messaging software and services, today announced that Ray Coyte has joined the company as Vice President of Northern, Central and Eastern Europe, and Robert Zuber has been promoted to Chief Mobile Strategist.
Ray Coyte comes to Critical Path with more than 28 years in the telecommunications and technology industries. Most recently, he served as Managing Director and Vice President of Northern Europe at Comverse, where he significantly increased sales and profitability over a three-year period. Prior to Comverse, Mr. Coyte served as Sales Director, Global Communications Industry, at Unisys, where he led the largest telecom sales team in the EMEA region and was selected as sales director of the year for consistently over-achieving his targets. Previously, Mr. Coyte ran the global sales team in Europe for AT&T, and he held numerous sales positions at IBM where he was a member of the top 5% of the company´s sales force.

Robert Zuber has been promoted to Chief Mobile Strategist after six years with Critical Path. Throughout his tenure with the company, Mr.
Zuber has been instrumental in the development of the company´s technology strategies. Most recently, he directed the prototyping, development and production release of Memova(r) Mobile – Critical Path´s consumer mobile email and multimedia content solution. He is a named inventor on four of Critical Path´s patent applications for digital content delivery, and he has routinely served as the technical lead on major customer accounts. Prior to Critical Path, Mr. Zuber managed systems engineering for The Docspace Company, a secure file delivery and collaboration company later acquired by Critical Path, and he held several engineering roles at Celestica, Inc., a world leader in electronics manufacturing services.
